British man, Andrew James Neil Heap, found dead, PP.

8 April 2017, a British passport holder was found dead in his rented room at Street 154, Group 23, Village 1, Chey Chomneah commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh. He was identified as Andrew James Neil Heap, 36 years old. DOB 31/08/1980.
A police autopsy has ruled that the deceased died of a heart attack. RIP.

I suspect the following maybe the reason:
"In the long term,

Serious question as I do not do drugs: is meth so widespread now, even among middle-class Westerners?

young people die all the time of heart problems and everything else that can effect old people
its just here they report every death and we normally would not notice it back home

That was a pretty stupid comment.... I do realize that young people die of heart conditions, but proportionally the number seems very high here.

They could be dying from overdoses or anything really, it's just a catch-all phrase the authorities use because they don't actually know. You probably remember years back they used to blame mysterious deaths on "dizziness".
