Massage Girls Revealed Price Rates For Having A Thing With Clients
Phnom Penh: The male and female managers at a massage place were arrested when police raided into the parlor on the evening of 2 September 2016 located in Russey Keo district, Phnom Penh.
The arrested female manager named Noun Sokna, 32 years old and the male manager is Bun Kim 22. 10 other girls who work there also were arrested during the raid, for running the parlor as brothel.
Police have brought all the ten girls who work there to the anti human trafficking and juvenile protection department for questioning. Police confirmed that according to those workers answers the manger and owner of the parlor did violated the Cambodian criminal law on procurement.
Girls said, they have been working at the parlor for many months ago. Adding that, one client is 10000 riel for massage and they have to pay 70000 riel to the owner.
They said, to have sex with them for short time, the client pays between 10 to 15 dollars taking place inside the premises and the owner takes 10000 riel from them.
Adding that, if the client takes girl out like guesthouse or hotel the price is varied from 25 to 30 dollar for short time. The owner will take the money from them according to how much time they spend outside of the parlor, the rate is 10000 riel for one hour.
According the girls and owners answer, the place did ran as a brothel.
