Teen Charged over Nude Photo Blackmail

One year after San Song Heang broke up with his girlfriend of two years, he started posting compromising photos and videos of the then 14-year-old to his multiple Facebook accounts, demanding money to take them down, police allege.

Major Sok Pon, an officer in the Interior Ministry’s anti-crime technology department, said the arrest followed a complaint filed by the victim, who alleged that multiple nude photographs and videos of the couple had been uploaded to some 11 different Facebook accounts he controlled, with money being demanded for their removal...

Between 2015 and August 15 this year, Maj. Pon said she had paid money to her ex-boyfriend on 15 separate occasions to remove the photos, each time transferring between $10 and $20.

Also happening in Vietnam, but the guy has a better haircut. He was also demanding bigger bucks.

A man has been arrested for alleged extortion over his ex-girlfriend’s nude photos in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta, local police said.

Nguyen Van Tuoi, 28, was caught in a cafeteria in Can Tho Town on Saturday evening when he was receiving VND100 million (US$4,482) from the woman, whose name was not disclosed.

She had contacted the police earlier, saying she was being extorted by Tuoi, who threatened to leak her explicit nude photos, which he had taken without her consent.

Man arrested for posting compromising photos of his ex-girlfriend.
Kampot: On July 23, a 23-year-old woman filed a complaint against her ex-boyfriend for posting sexual photos of her, accompanied by threatening texts, on social media.

On July 24, a 23-year-old man, Phung Kore, was detained for questioning by police. The suspect confessed that he posted all those sexual pictures on social media and wrote insulting things, because he was angry with his girlfriend, who said she didn't love him anymore.

The case will be followed by legal action.
