Metfone Fuks my Smartphone??

I have Metfone as IP & Smart as cell. Yesterday Metfone shut down my cell phone 1 way ( could not answer incoming) which as I wrote is a Smart sim. I am curious as how Metfone could control my Smart sim. Did the General buy Smart?

This reads like a parody. But it's snot.

Trying to translate what you wrote: you use Metfone for DATA and Smart for VOICE?

What makes you think Metfone had anything to do with your inability to answer calls?

Have you restarted your phone? Is the touch screen working properly?

Yes TDW on all points except no restart & touch screen is working 100%

The reason I think ( know) is that I received a message from Met on my Smart Voice acct. saying they had locked my phone
(one way) and would need to go pay a monthly charge of $14.95. I discovered this when I tryed to answer call. Swipe, swipe, swipe. Nothing. I call the number that called, no problem. Talked about it & she calls again. I can not answer my phone. GF takes $ to Met.
If I went there would be trouble.
All work now.

I do not understand how Met DATA acct controlled my Smart Voice. Puzzling.

Who knows, I may have signed a User Agreement that included that. :facepalm:
