Bad Internet connection(Smart)

I live a few kilometers outside of Kampong Cham and both my 3G and 4G connections have been miserable the last 2 days. Has anyone else experienced this problem. Only online in the evening and early morning.

Have you tried restarting your phone (or whatever).
Maybe there's a tower offline a few kilometers outside of Kampong Cham. Could be many things.
