Going with a tour bus new york to washington dc for having fun.

I been to vegas afew times for bachelor parties but not in a while.. I stayed at
1. the luxor
2. mgm grand hotel

both are nice.. what time of year your going? i have been in april and summer time. No humidity.. Don't even realize how hot it gets. What type of memories you looking for? Everything is obv more expensive
