French oysters at Sonoma Oyster Bar
Sonoma Oyster Bar is one of my favourite places for dinner and for anyone interested they now have imported French oysters in addition to their normal Vietnamese stock.

I can't tell the difference. I used to eat them a lot in Louisiana, but fried only in po-boys, as for raw they look like sputum from a tubercular ward.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

Ha ha, check the wording "French imported" - could mean imported by Frenchmen (from N. Vietnam).
Same as Scottish Smoked Salmon is not actually salmon from Scotland but only smoked in Scotland. For the real McCoy you need Smoked Scottish Salmon.
