Another suggestion. They used to do a decent roast here, no idea what it's like now.

(Off topic. It used to be run by a Kiwi. Is he still there ? )

No Eric is back in NZ on a stint. I believe he will be back in the new year. I think they sold up at Bokor several years ago.

Eric is a great guy, always enjoy having a beer with him whenever we bump into each other.

^ Correct, he and his family relocated to PP about 2-3 yrs ago. The 2 young Brit owners who took it over have kept up the high standard of food thankfully, and their roast dinners are the best in Kampot.

That looks like a good option! SHV will be a madhouse this weekend, might be a good time for a roady to sample some of the food fare in Kampot, still waiting on those Dandelion Treat pies!

Thanks for the recommendation - I was in Kampot 4-days and lived in Rusty Keyhole 1 & 2 - great food, nice staff too.

Big party at the new Rusty tomorrow (I think) as they're moving across the old market. Free ribs!

Did they give up the lease on the riverside location? Dog house vs rusty.. 3? Should have exited when they had the chance a few years back I think.

Lease is probably up and greedy landlord wanting to double the rent or something. Moved three times now?
