Quitapenas Permanently closed

Just checking the web for a decent Spanish restaurant (not a tapas bar)in Phnom Penh, and I notice that Quitapenas is closed for good. When did that happen? Any recommendations, particularly for a good Paella, and possibly Fideuà and Risotto.

If you find one, let me know, please. There used to be a very good place just off 178, I got treated there one night...they had bottles of wine for a measly $600/bottle

I would be interested in something a little cheaper, but you knew that.
Jesus loves you...Mexico is great, right? ;)
