I understand what you mean, that you meant ' has become a CEO Team Worker' . This is because even though you made a mistake,it is still fluent . I was told John Bingham is a teacher,could you imagine being a student in one of his classes?
What a nightmare it would be trapped in a classroom with a ESL teacher who couldn't decipher that simple mistake.
