"Ta" is Northern English dialect for Thank you

Ta now knows more about Northern English variants of Ta than he could have guessed possible. They're not exactly neologisms but that's the luck of the draw I guess. Thanks for the clarification Jamie. English is indeed a rich language.

Northern English is so unknown to most English speakers that it is both interesting and frustrating lol

its been a hot topic of discussion recently, usually when i find myself talking slight pidgin English to barangs, i then apologise and try to explain that if i spoke normally they would struggle to understand what im saying, so they test me, then agree, and i revert back to speaking like a twat lol
