My mate who owns Dolphin Shack uploaded a video today showing how the beach front is now looking with the new renovations, and how the new Dolphin Shack is looking,
still a lot of work to be done until its all finished but its a sneak peek at how it all looks now with all the bars that have been pushed back (i dont think it can be embedded but the link will take you there)

Video didn't work. I didn't believe I'd like what they are doing to that part of the beach, but I must admit it looks a lot better than before.

Apparently they had a meeting Monday about the other 46 bars in the strip and they all have to shift by the 17th of December for the Sea Festival. Got their written notices about a week ago.

the beach looks refreshingly different anyway think it would look nice when its finished

Nice. Anyone have some up to date beach photos to share ? Will everything be finished for high season ? This has been a major development for SV and Occheuteal. Lots of (well-earned) doubting about the final result, but it seems that the SV authorities are pushing hard on getting this done well.

Roz uploaded a few the other day but ill get one of my amigos to go around taking photos and ill upload them over the weekend
