Land Rented. Lease till 2026 and renewable before existing one expires. Lease stamped in court.

All bar and restaurant items, room furnishings, equipment and pool table belongs to new owner.
Only one 42” Sony TV and 3 wardrobes (personal use) not included in business sale.

It's been advertised as 1250 square metres, If that's the land size, a freehold waterfront property would sell for a lot more than that ,,, just for the land.

I looked at some waterfront land for sale in Kampot last summer, best deal i found was about 5 kms out of town 3,000 sq mt for $120,000 freehold
that close to town the land indeed is worth $100++

I'd leave Phuket but it would need be something worth leaving for LOL
