^^ You mean the pics above are not the balcony and living room. The living room doesn't seem to have AC.

The price above in 2 option ,
$500/ month there is small balcony unit size 50 sqm
$550 / month big balcony unit size 70 sqm
living room and bed attach with aircon

Sometimes the 'special' price means for a limited time then the rent goes up after you have moved all your stuff in. So make sure you ask first if you want to stay a while.

I wouldn't worry too much. There are thousands of apartments under construction. In 6-12 months there will be such a glut they will be practically giving them away.
The couple I looked at had kitchens in tiny alcoves and miniscule balconies. Have to admit a pool would be nice though.

Leasee they know well how to dealing , closed deal ...then move things ....
Hi Timmy , tenant would stay much longer in bedroom ,living room more space ....so the idea making small balcony ...it's not bad ...
Well they have a good time to cheers up with pool and rooftop terrace..
Maybe not 6 to 12 more you get big balcony and wider kitchen and pool in rental fee $500/month ??? Lolz...I dream to see that's happening...

? I was saying I would not worry about you increasing the rent.
As for my comments about kitchens and balconies I was referring generally to properties I had seen. New apartments just aren't my thing.
