A Man In Oddarmeanchey Province Hung Himself for Being Poor
Oddarmenachey, according to Koh Santepheap Daily News, A man hang himself for being poor leaving his wife and two kids behind. He was found handing himself around 11:30 am on 12 July 2016 in O Svay village, O Svay commune, Trapeang Prasat district, Oddarmenachey province.
The man named Sy Korp, 23 years old and his wife Ton Chandy, 20 years old. They have 2 kids together. Both are farmers.
The wife said, she had been together with her husband for 6 years and had two kids together, the older one is 2 years old and the younger one is six months old. She confirmed that before her husband hung himself, they didn't have argument with each other. She addaed that her husband is a drug addict. He was upset for being poor, that's why he decided to hang himself living the children behind.
The parents of the man said that because of being poor, their son entered Thailand illegally to look for rosewood. That's why he became a drug addict, because everyone who entered Thailand to look for rosewood are drug addict.
