Sihanoukville Sex Workers Drink Too Much - and So Do their Clients.

Cambodia news in English! Here you'll find all the breaking news from Cambodia translated into English for our international readership and expat community to read and comment on. The majority of our news stories are gathered from the local Khmer newspapers, but we also bring you newsworthy media from Cambodia before you read them anywhere else. Because of the huge population of the capital city, most articles are from Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot often make the headlines as well. We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. If you're looking for a certain article, you may use our site's search feature to find it quickly.

What are you wittering on about?
Are you an expert in the inferior beers of the region?
I am surprised your budget extends to bottled beer, as you seem to be suffering from the effects you yourself described earlier.

At a guess, too expensive. Second guess, not marketed.

Such a shame. I was drinking the large bottles in SGN a few years ago for $1 each at Hum V's, they don't seem to stock it anymore. They were promoting it at that time with San Miguel girls. Nice clean beer. Produced in the Philippines. Why Tiger but not Miguel! I guess it's down to the palate? (or lack of one)

What do sex workers in Cambodia drink these day?

Some years ago I was friends with a woman who heroically combined being a full-time
university student with being a full-time bargirl/hooker at the Blue Wave Bar in SR.

Her chosen drink was invariably vodka /Red Bull.

In prewar England, tarts are supposed to have drunk port-and-lemon.

Warning !

Jamie is on it's way to Phnom Penh and he surely knows a thing or two about the three subjects at hand (not necessarily in this order though)
1: Sihanoukville
2: Heavy drinking
3: Sex workers life
:stir: =@

Damn... Forgot to tell him not to wear black clothes tomorrow...
