Re: British English Teacher Paul Seston Found Dead in Phnom Penh After Walking Across Town
What is this obsession with taking bodies back to where they came from? Surely, it's better to have him cremated in Cambodia (cheap) and then his ashes posted home (also cheap)?
I too would prefer they raise money for the family he leaves behind rather than moving the box in which his body lays.
I've got to that point in life where stuff like this is becoming distressing. I look at that guy and think it could be any of us. He was 48 not 68. He doesn't appear to be a junkie or a party animal; just a regular bloke minding his own business.
I feel for those he's left behind but they all need to focus their priorities on the living not the dead now.
I'm sure Paul would feel the same way.. If he was a teacher I bet he would wish his daughter to have a good education.

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

When I go I want an air burial, and have my flesh support the life of another. Burning is a waste of energy, buried pollutes the water table,to be eaten by carrion is the best way.

They have set up a GoFundMe account for Paul Seston, already receiving 39 donations totaling $1,000USD.
"Hi my name is Shona Dowson and i have setup this fund with the help of my best friend Mandie Kerr(seston) who has just recently lost her brother Paul.
Mandie's brother Paul passed away suddenly while working as a teacher in Phnom Penh Cambodia on April 25, 2016 at the age of 49. Originally from Liverpool England Paul loved to travel doing what he enjoyed and was so good at what he did, Teaching. He had a love of many sports soccer, cricket and rugby to name a few.
He was an amazing father, brother and friend and will be greatly missed by his sisters Mandie, Lynda, Emma and his daughter Jolene."

They have set up another fundraising page in addition to the Facebook page and GoFundMe page. This one is on JustGiving:
https://crowdfunding.justgiving.com/emm ... =qZAnkY7yg
"Weʼre raising £1,000 to To bring Paul Seston our brother who sadly passed away suddenly on 25th April 2016 in Phnom Penh Cambodia."
Both pages are to help raise the £1,000 it will cost to transport his ashes, but between the 3 pages soliciting donations, they have already exceeded their goal.
"To all my friends on Facebook.
A good friend of mine died in Cambodia on Sunday.
Paul Seston was a lovely man and a big Evertonian who I drank with the Hillfoot in Hunts Cross. We need to raise £1000 to help his family to bring his Ashes home as he will be cremated in Cambodia or it would cost in the region of £20,000 to bring his body home..... This is a personal friend of mine so I hope all the people who I know would be able to donate as little or much as you possibly can.... This would mean the world to me and my mates as we don't want him left in Cambodia any longer than he needs to be.
I don't ask my mates for much but this is a very personal plea.
Please donate if you can and share this status
Thanks everyone

Alina wants a Sky Burial but there are no Zoroastrian (Parsee) Towers of Silence here.
Our best recycling deal is a tuk-tuk trip to a crocodile farm.

Carrion has more than one use,it also means to feed on dead flesh?

It's not my native language,so I usually put my trust in dictionaries. Thanks for pointing that out , I see my Oxford concise, only has it ,as you say. Nextime if I use it I will write carrion eaters. Did you understand what I meant, that I wanted my dead body to be eaten?
