They are not hiding behind big trees anymore as now they have fully rights to take money from us legally with bigger amount.prahkeitouj wrote:I was fined for many times. My mistakes were turning the light on, rode the wrong direction without seeing the sign. i hate when they hide themselves and shocked me when they came out. i had to brake immediately. Moreover, when they fined me, they were so rude to me. if they just spoke simple way to me, yes i could give them more than they fined for drinking coffee because i know police traffice isnt an easy job. however, I still don't want to bring any document with me.

Is that because your afraid they may try and get more money before they give it back?prahkeitouj wrote:I was fined for many times. The worst thing I never bring any document with me. And yes, it seems a pretty horrible job, but it beats picking up cans.

Because if you got robbed, the robber would have everything and they can sell the motorbike easily.juansweetpotato wrote:Is that because your afraid they may try and get more money before they give it back?prahkeitouj wrote:I was fined for many times. before the law of traffic police are allowed to keep 90% of the fine came out, they ask for payment without giving any receipts for fear of corruption charges, now they still do not give out receipts for fear of running out of ink in their pen.
dear o dear cambodia, legalised corruption and yet still lazy.
