Last year I contacted Tata in India and asked them why they don't import Tata Nano's in pieces and assemble them in Cambodia. A new car that seats 4 for under $3500. is a no brainer even if its unsafe at any speed. (about as safe as the used Korean cars that are all over the place.) They actually replied to me that they were looking into it.
