Right, the whole family are working there now, plus a couple of staff I think. The location is better - Tola St is dying off and there's more dynamic toward the beach. The new premises are also bigger, cleaner, nicer than the old place. They seem to be doing ok. The BBQ is firing up a storm and they were busy last time we went there.

But, just to be confusing, and because TIC, both the old and the new restaurant are called Ecstatic Pizza - same same, not even Ecstatic 1 & 2. :plus1:

Not the cheapest but...
Eno cafe has some good pizzas for around 6$ with a free drink from 6-7pm
Shinxbar sushi has a 16 piece sushi set with appy and drink all day till 8pm for 10$ along with some other specials.
Yasmine has a cheese and meat platter w/ 2 glasses house wine for 4.50$ From 4-7pm.
So restaurant still does their specials for 5$ before 6(iirc).
Snooky's has a new 2.5$ day menu.
Sophia's has some decent specials, Turkey on fridays i think
Green lantern in Otres has some good thai food.
Roman AYCE buffet is good, although I'm shy to eat too much beef, his main complaint of the chinese.
Many more..

Quite a few times but not recently. Definitely good if you eat some turkish food, esp the platters with a few dips and bread, falafel, etc. Somewhat hit or miss on the international dinner platters though. Pretty decent place as they've upgraded the setting and furniture. Dao is upstairs now also if you're into vegan food.

We do a Chicken Cordon Bleu for $4 on Fridays. No offence to either Titanic or Romdals on VH, but it shits all over theirs. Try it when you get back. If you don't agree I will buy you a L.I.I.T on my tab!
