Not a smart move on this street as then all the other moto / tuk tuk guys saw an opportunity and came in droves, Kiwi took off like a bat outta hell towards Paddy Rice, chased by a growing number of locals...

He said the South Korean men, who were friends and restaurant investors, went to drink beer and sing karaoke until the early hours.

Seems the Korean guy reached the limit of his patience when his drinking buddies continued scribbling banal artwork all over him after being repeatedly warned that it was not funny.
Re: Drunk foreigners' fight night in Phnom Penh.
Heard the guy on 136st is actually Aussie ? and may or may not work for one of the big Mining companies here.......

Re: Drunk foreigners' fight night in Phnom Penh.
Take it the tuk-tuk drivers here have the same pent-up anger issues against foreignors as they do in Thailand, & it doesn't require much to spark off a mass mob attack on a single individual ?
Re: Fight night in Phnom Penh.
That's a shame, you should watch it all! That second video is pure Gold; drunk foreigner that gives it all up, fake cops getting caught out, lax yet efficient police (bravo!), damn...required viewing for all expats! Some enterpreneur should subtitle and soundtrack that vid and others for an overseas TV series. Bloody goldmine! WTF is Peter Miller doing at the 17:40 mark onwards, some type of mind fisting?rick_o'shea wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2017 10:55 pmThe first video has the Khmer guy saying he is the nephew of someone important. The cop says doesn't matter, go to the station, and he gets on the back of a bike. The 2nd video starts with the Khmer guy not wanting to go in the station on arrival, but relents and goes in. It's 26 mins long, i can't be bothered to see how it ends.CEOCambodiaNews wrote:
There was also a very drunk Kiwi guy called Peter, who got into a fight with some Khmers on riverside at Paddy Rice Bar. What a night.
