Massage parlour was really a brothel.
Stay seated for this piece of stupendous and surprising news: A Phnom Penh massage parlour was secretly serving as a front for prostitution services. And guess what ? The used condoms provided evidence. And the girls will be "educated"...
Massage shop couple facing sex charges
The husband and wife owners of a massage shop in Phnom Penh’s Por Senchey district have been arrested along with eight masseuses for allegedly offering prostitution services.
Police from the municipal anti-human trafficking unit raided the shop on Monday night.
Unit officer Kong Chantha said Chreng Kimseng, 31, and his wife, Var Kimlin, 26, ran the Srey Lin 68 Massage Shop.
Both were charged with procurement of prostitution.
“They operated a massage parlor, but kept a secret illegal prostitution business going inside their shop,” he said.
“They ordered the masseuses who worked with them to have sex with clients for $10 to $20 per client in exchange for a commission,” he said.
During the raid, police found eight masseuses aged from 17 to 28 and confiscated used and unused condoms from their rooms.
Mr. Chantha said the husband and wife were being detained for questioning and further investigation.
They are due to appear in the Phnom Penh Municipal Court today.
The masseuses have been sent for rehabilitation.

"Massage parlour was really a brothel" that headline seems similar to a 'dog bites man' story.
Totally surprised by this news.

They're not supposed to be using condoms for evidence...Jamie_Lambo wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2017 2:31 amwhat you wanting man?! a pic of the girls or the used condoms?!General Mackevili wrote: ↑Wed Mar 08, 2017 10:36 pmLambo? Throw us a friggin bone here.Bitte_Kein_Lexus wrote:No pictures?
[Cambodia Daily article]The case was made with only used and unused condoms found on the premises as evidence, Mr. Bunthoeun said, an apparent violation of Prakas 66, a 2013 proclamation that prohibits police from using condoms as evidence of commercial sexual transactions because it could discourage safe sex.
