Re: Inauguration speech
The world as we knew it has changed for the worse.Still in shock from what I heard. Was hoping my kids and grandkids could grow up in a somewhat peaceful world as most of us did. Can't believe he got in. Then again, you yanks have been led by the fukn nose forever. Shamefully, us Ozzies have followed your lead.
If someone can get this up for me properly ( Jamie or UT), its "Captain Jack" by Billy Joel.If you know the song, you know where I'm coming from.
WTF has this world turned in to?

Re: Inauguration speech
should have used Charlie's speech
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

I hope you're right and that he doesn't do much damage before that joyous moment. However he enters office with a Republican controlled House and Senate so his motor mouth would have to alienate them first. And if he does get impeached the even sadder excuse for Vice President would assume office. No matter how it plays out it ain't pretty.
