I charge $100 ph for English lessons, but I'll give you this one for free.

Marketing is advertising / promoting something that you're selling. You have no link to your site, and poor use of visual aids (pics of the apartment).

Your reply to a potential renter was quite rude, and I would guess he won't be in a hurry to deal with you in the future.

Even though this property comes with a kitchen utensil having to deal with an a rude and grumpy landlord is a deal breaker

Surely , Property come with kitchen utensils but it's was hide in cabinet kitchen , this is prepared by landlord offering to tenants single or coup stays in this property .
there's no about rude words here , if you wish to see the unit , you can visit there to see it ... sometime , i can't shoot all photos to show here , so that some photos is missing that make clients question me , and then i'm able to reply and chitchat around around , Maybe Mr. raven, does't know about sale technique , he need to go back school , of sale and marketing skills .
