Post by CEOCambodiaNews »

More and more flights into Cambodia. I hope they can keep up.

New direct flights to connect with China
Thu, 29 September 2016

Spring Airlines, China’s largest low-cost carrier (LCC), will launch two new direct flights on Friday between Cambodian and Chinese cities, the airline announced yesterday.

The first flight will operate three times a week between Phnom Penh and Guangzhou, while the other will connect Siem Reap to Shenzhen.

Spring Airlines first launched a Siem Reap to Guangzhou service earlier this month.

They have 63 airplanes with an average age of 3.5 years, so a new fleet.

The older the airplane the more red flags pop up. From what I have heard, a lot of airlines use a big maintenance facility in China. BTW/ I looked up Bassaka and their airplane is 20 years old. Surprise is that my favorite airlines Bangkok Air has some old airplanes.
