next month i fly back to pp.

my plan is start to built a bussiness that is operational in decembre.

the visa requirements are still the same? ``bussiness`` visa 1 month at the airport and extension to 1 year at a tourist service?
or i need to show a work permit to get a extension??

i read about the new online work permit system, but what kind of papers i need and how does it work? somebody experience with this proces??

1 year ago the goverment had a online bussiness registration system, but i think it not worked out.
so how i can register my bussiness now? and which papers i need??

Been lots of discussion on the subject. Most wont waste their time because blokes like you just won't listen.

There is no money to be made here. your just wasting your time and money unless you have some special and desirable skill that takes very little to no infrastructure or capital

if you register on the site in the article you will see a list of documents required to get the work permit.
it is much easier to get outside of phnom penh with far fewer documents required in both sihanoukville and kampot.

there are moves to make all registrations through the website- which for now, does not work.

i started to built some bungalows in takeo province, shortby vietnamborder, when im back i must finish some things and built a restaurant + bar.
also i wanna start with mtb tours.
probarly i no need a bussiness registration, because nobody had a bussiness registration in the provinces. but with a eye on the future, i think its a good plan to get my papers, and work permit.

So get a:
- visa
- business license from the Ministry of Tourism
- tax licence
- work permit
- work permit for employees
- health insurance for employees
And so on......hard to say what will be enforced.......
