Drunk Foreigner Man Had Motorbike Crash and Later Turned Into Fight
Around 3:30 pm there was an accident happened near City hall in Battambang province. A drunk foreigner was seen speeding his motorbike and hit other causing his motorbike to fall down. It seemed like he was drunk or high. Then, a man took the motorbike key from the foreigner in order to settle down it and other took pictures of the foreigner. The foreigner was mad, so he fought the man who took his motorbike key and hit those who were taking his pictures. So, the fight started between three Cambodian men and one foreign man resulting the foreigner man felt down on the floor unconsciously.
Other people and myself yelled that why did you guys gang-fight a foreigner, what happen if he dies or has any problems, his embassy will sue us and who will lose the reputation.
It is in front of the city hall, why the traffic police and ambulance came really late allowing foreigner to hit Cambodians and Cambodian in turned knocked the foreigner man out. Some witnesses said, the foreigner man was really rude and some yell, don't hit, should have arrested him and sent to police station. What should we think about it? We all know that he lost his mind "He lost control". Sorry for the inappropriate post, i posted it because i witnessed it with my eye.

Yeah, and this is the low season.General Mackevili wrote:Another one.
I hope that's just Angkor beer on his shorts. Isn't it ?
To the OP question: If events happened as reported, the foreign guy was way out of line and it's not surprising that he got hit. Yes, it would have been better to take him to the police station, but it is difficult to do that if he was being violent.

Wouldn't worry about this particular guy. He's known for this stuff, happens all the time, he's got a lot of loose anger he can't tie up. Owner of a well-known business in town. Don't really know what the "spilling the beans" policy on this forum is though.CEOCambodiaNews wrote: Other people and myself yelled that why did you guys gang-fight a foreigner, what happen if he dies or has any problems, his embassy will sue us and who will lose the reputation.
