Sen Monorom

Do you have a Cambodian trip report you want to share? Post it here, and feel free to link to your blog if it's a travel blog for Cambodia, South East Asia, or anywhere really. You can ask and answer questions about travel advice in Cambodia or just share your pictures and videos with us. Most people who live in or visit Cambodia have also checked out nearby countries like Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, and you can get to most of these countries by traveling overland, so put any travel plans, reviews or questions here. Discussions about dirt bike trails in here as well.

Oh wait, Richard, now you are in the CEO team? It is great that now you start to care about off-track thread. If you did that before, CEO would have been even more successful.

Well said, I laughed. Nor is the conversation off-topic. Every single one of ASPhole's contributions is an attack on Cambodia or Cambodians (or occasionally for a change - me but I'm a big boy and can take it). It's clear that he has nothing but disdain for the country and its people; even a post about cookery required a sneering, derisory tone. It's time a Khmer called him out on it.

if he has such disdain for the country why did HE CHOOSE to live there?
sorry dont get it>

I truly loved the time i lived there and the times i travel there but don't choose to live there for my own reasons of which i state, OBJECTIVELY!

Grinch ; it is way off topic to start about Sen Monorom an than end up at how we choose friends

1st line of the first post ......
I recently spent a couple of days there and loved it again.
hardly what i call disdain.

Than Samouth in the next post took it off topic

Ah, the blue bird of happiness roosts again with another of his simplistic hate filled diatribes against me. How happy I am to not be you. There but for the grace of God...

Chilli on the Rocks is closing this week. The owners are returning to Sweden for the birth of their Child. They plan on returning in October. An English lady may operate it during their absence, not sure yet. Another good option is just down the road at the Hangout.

Chili on the Rocks are once again open. Happily serving all your drinking needs in Sen Monorom. Please stop by for a cold one or ten when in town.
