KLL, LCC, No 2
Went through the new KL low cost carrier airport in Malaysia that was opened a couple of months ago and it's big. Bloody big. Obviously built to cater for the millions of tourist that they are expected in the future, but it's a poor attempt at beating the quality of it's neighbor Singapore. The finish to the paintwork has been done by '' moto-dops'' and the carpets are second hand from somewhere. Already stains, frayed around the edges and all drab looking. From the landing to the immigration takes 20 to 30 minuets walking and the ''moving platforms '' were stuck on dead slow that it was faster to walk, but lots more shops compared to the old airport. One thing that shocked me was, after we landed the plane taxied across the path of the airstrip that planes were still landing on. A accident waiting to happen
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Taxiing planes cross active runways all the time. So long as the controllers and pilots are on the ball it's not a problem.
