And YES everyone pretty much knows which are which, shoulders, feet, hands, voice, etc. It's the "other kind of woman". They can be pushy trying to get you into the bar sometimes but this guy has issues with his sexuality or was drunk or something. They will mostly ALL tell you before anything gets near happening "you know I'm not lady, I ladyboy". Only the most clueless are caught unawares (many pretend to be so I'm sure). I mean after The Hangover II who can say they had no idea? Even GRANNY knows about ladyboys in this day and age.
