You not got a restore point near to when the PC was new? Any shop should be able to reinstall but most likely a copy W7.

I took my old laptop with windows 7 to Pc? to sort out a problem and they reloaded it with a Russian copy of windows. Now it's not even any good for watching porn.

There is no app that can do it. Either have files in a USB or boot to first ROM by continuously pressing f8 key on boot up. That way you can re-install through DOS well writersperhour reviews have many reviews for different users thanks

Chantra Computers in TTP will do it for you, but don't ask at the cashier counter. Have a quiet word with one of the techs that will be lurking to the right of the building. It will still go through the till, but technically, you know, i'ts kinda illegal and stuff, so...

Edit: also, if it's corrupt, your data will be gone so it won't matter, but almost EVERY computer place in the kingdom will wipe your hard drive if they get a chance. It's a game they play. I take my hard drives out before sending a machine out for any work, and they always smile at me knowingly as though we're sharing an in-joke. Also also, be careful about where you get a clean install done, many many places will install keyloggers to try and flog your sensitive information.

Standard practise everywhere. Time is money and data recovery is expensive. It's not a game. Given that only an idiot would not schedule regular backups why would it matter?

now that would make reinstalling the OS difficult wouldn't it? Not really relevant for the OP.
