Re: More Chinese Takeover in Sihanoukville
For some reason the very average looking Golden Lions statues at Snv have 158 pages of reviews on Tripadvisor... Well, the Golden Lions is definitely a local landmark, and there are a (very) limited number of 'tourist' sites in Sihanoukville that you can post about on TA apart from beaches. What el...

Re: McLaren P1
Should have looked more closely at the fb pics earlier! That rig is Thai plated also, so most likely driven by a Thai. The rig is straight on in the wrong lane, damage is to the left of the cab, and the other semi is in the ditch... what are the odds he momentarily forgot he was in Cambodia :fool: ...

Re: More Chinese Takeover in Sihanoukville
Not that big of a surprise, there’s a Korean owned one already. What’s reasonable? At some point it becomes a suckers game taking over key money leases on the square, probably best to pay double the rent from an existing leaseholder for a fitted out bar. Guessing here but the whole rent total is pro...

Re: McLaren P1
Funny how people here can be so pence wise and pound foolish. Get a one million dollar car, then proceed to have it brought it via some shitty truck that's not designed to specifically hold vehicles, along with I'm assuming a 17 year old driver... Likely uninsured, though that's not a big deal for ...

Re: McLaren P1
Agreed, seems transport options are somewhat limited to bring a P1 (or any other high end/super car) to Bangkok for servicing, but at those cars prices might as well buy a specialised semi rig (say at 1/4 mil$ max) to do the job and make a biz out of it. There’s surely over a hundred Maseratis, Ferr...
