What's the certificate for? As far as I know, only the blue card is needed for travel.

I don't see how this is surprising, as Cambodia has never cared about preserving forests. I've resigned myself to the fact that it's already too late as there's almost nothing left. So far however, I haven't noticed a rise in food or energy prices in Cambodia and life seems to be continuing as normal. Gasoline has gone up about 46 cents a liter since the start of the year - from $0.92 to $1.38. That's about a 50% increase and is bound to have knock on effects on the price of o...
