There's an ADB waste water treatment plant under construction in Kampong Samrong right now. It's been planned for years, as is the way of abd projects. It'll connect town waste and pump it out north east, and then exit to the prek.

I just read on the newspaper that camodia have a lot of monkey farm, they sell this mo key to usa or china for test medicine. Anyone have any contact of this farm? I'd be sure to insulate the shit out of it, paint it all white, have good cross ventilation. Where I'm living now I haven't used the AC during the day for six months and my power bill has been just under $20 every month (at night it's set to 28 or 29C so it barely kicks in).
