You both have it wrong, many thais study abroad an acquire a western education ( Thaksin, Abhisit are 2) and return to their own country. I am NOT talking abut Thai's educated in Thailand. Bring back is correct; thais hire Farangs for the top level positions and than have a thai under them watching everything, 1 year or so down the line the Farang is let go. and the thai takes over at half the salary.
