Re: Drone Rental
You will need to get a permit from City Hall as a minimum as generally drone flying is not permitted in Phnom Penh. That would also explain the lack of rental companies. Who are you doing the port development study for? If it's a government/official body then ask them for their cooperation in getti...

Re: New bridges announced
The night market has no major roads near it, how is it going to connect up? The images I've seen have it 'connecting' at Norodom, so most likely it will land on or west of the night market, with a new boulevard rnning through the remaining 'parks' to a roundabout at Norodom, with the 108/106 roads ...

Re: The Kep Revival
I can't understand this because the Bassac River flows into Chợ Long Bình, Vietnam. Where is the additional man-made 5-km canal to be dug to give access too coastal Kep province? There is a river on the eastern Kep border that travels through Kampong Trach to the Takeo canal system, which joins the...

Re: The James Webb Space Telescope
..a waste of money when people are still dying from hunger in the world? Wasn’t it Musk who said he’d give his billions if whoever called him out could prove his money would end starvation, or something? Western and Asian (Japan, Taiwan etc) have been throwing billions of $ around every year to end...

Re: Water questions
We use a National ceramic drip filter, bought at Aeon for $30 or so. Change the filters every few months. Tap > filter > fridge. Any water for cooking also comes straight from the tap. The $1 20L barrels are fine, though a pain to lug about. There are some fairly unhygenic operators out there. Eurot...
