Another scam which I don't think has been mentioned before: (PassApp) driver started the trip/meter about half way between the point where he accepted the job and where he picked me up. It was only a couple of hundred metres so I didn't bother arguing about it, but something else to watch out for.

Why would you care about not upsetting the neighbours by being noisy? They certainly don't care about not upsetting you. And you don't need anything from Cambodia except a passport and neither of you have to be in Hong Kong for 15 days before the ceremony so Hong Kong wins.

From what I have read, and what I have been told, it seems when a Foreign man marries a Cambodian girl in Cambodia, it requires a lot of paperwork, which requires a lot of time. So some men dont bother to get legally married, and as a result, their children may have to stay in Cambodia for the rest...

Switch your tariff to Smart ExtraLong and your credit and number will stay active for 6 months before expiring.
