Public nudity is illegal in Thailand. really? I have seen countless women sun bathing topless in patters, jomtien and koh larn over the years. i think you're right. cham sounds like jom to me, which is like right on, so the phrase means "look at me right in the face" like you said. មើលមុខខ្ញុំអោយចំ yes, sounds like a situational thing...so i guess it's like "do you know who i am" in a way beacause in khmer, face is kind...
