How does one do things in these KTV institutions? Is there a particular etiquette and rules that one must adhere to? there are a number of different styles of KTVs tbh so depends on the establishment, some are just open front bars with plastic chairs and everyone in the bar takes it in turns, other...

Plenty of ordinary Cambodians, including drivers, can speak reasonable English. whats an ordinary cambodian? One who isn't particularly well-educated or rich or special. :D As you mentioned though, I'll more often speak Khmer unless someone makes it obvious they can/ want to speak English. :thumb: ...
