This would depend on whether it is just crime or reported crime. Remember not all crime is reported to the police so will not show up in any statistics .

It would be interesting to see the arrangements regarding fuel supply and maintenance for these vehicles. Most of them will sit around cause there is no gas for them because as we all know the reason why. What would be the annual cost of running big trucks like those ? Even when they just sit around...
