Should be good for rugby world cup.

ITV in England has all the games for the World Cup . The BBC and Sky lost their bids. This is a okay site for UK tv: https://www.filmon.com

i clicked on that first link and was bombarded with virus warnings and all sorts, my avast was going nuts, treat with caution
