I have had Opennet for almost 3 years and recommend them, I don't know how to download or stream or anything like that, but it works great for youtube videos and Skype etc., very fast. Maybe someone who uses the net more will offer their opinion.

If you pay 6 months in advance you get 1 month free, 12 months in advance get 2 months free.

Paid 3 months get free installation, total cost 12x3=36$+27$ ( modern router )

If you look at the picture I posted you will see the monthly price for the different speed options. Installation was free when I signed up.
