Vietnamese Kidnappers sent severed finger to family

F*ck me. Thank God they were caught. I hope they skin those 3 bastards alive. I think they've watched Joe Pesci films a few too many times.

Charming guys. Vietnamese have a kind of problematic mentality. Many of them are very "raw".

Very simple. They thought the relatives were giving them the finger and they replied in kind.
