Budget stay 1 Single room $420/month

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

Thanks in advance.
If yost do online course why not ! Single room around 30sqm
Thanks .
30sqm - I should just manage to get 30 students in. $240 x 30 for 3 month term = 7,200 x 2 classes. That could work out nicely for me.
I would have to sell off the furniture, but I'm guessing you're just the agent, so I could cut you in on a percentage deal.
Let's meet at your fav KTV to discuss.

it's nothing more than the standard school model in the KOC. We used to get 35 in the same sized area at PUC. Are you really refusing my monies? Time waster!

ps; you can't get inebriated on free iced tea. Thanks for that :thumb: :thumb:

Perfect for Oompa Loompas who like to order in, I suppose.

Would be nice if the developers building condos would consider their actual target market though.

Sit on the kitchen floor !!! There is no room there, have to go out in the yard or sit in the street !

I could prep food on the table, but that dorm fridge on the floor, no good. Put a small cabinet on the floor to raise the "fridge" up to a decent level. Extractor fan is par for the course almost anywhere I've seen. It would clog from wok oil in a couple months I think. They always have wimpy fans anyway, so yeah, useless but all too common. A window there would be better :)
pass on my comments as I'm sure they'll want to hop to it and make these changes for future projects :D
