And complain about doing their job - some a hole vendors,proprietors. Was just today in Saigon with a rather short list to get prices at different pharmacies and gave to the I think manager or owner of a small pharmacy and she had only one of the items which was a rather high price and she says you " ask ask and no buy , me no like". Another employee in a fast food , beer garden kept bitching and complaining to customers about essentially having to do her job.
