There is a monthly rent to the landlord, but it's not public forum information. Please contact the agency that is handling the sale for more information. :)

He is selling a business, which includes everything owned by the business. Land is not owned by the seller.

Land Rented. Lease till 2026 and renewable before existing one expires. Lease stamped in court.

All bar and restaurant items, room furnishings, equipment and pool table belongs to new owner.
Only one 42” Sony TV and 3 wardrobes (personal use) not included in business sale.


All the leases I have known the leaser is under no obligation to allow anyone else the same deal or even let the current leasee off the hook for the balance of the money due.

but it's a very common practice here to pass the lease to the next one with the land owners consent.

Yes with their consent which can mean the rent goes up, length not the same anything could happen they would be holding all the cards they could take everything as the previous owner is reneging on the lease.
What would you do if someone promised you an income on your land for 10 years and then tries to back out. By law the leaser still owes the money even if the business fails.
