Khmer-Australian man found dead at Fairyland Guesthouse, PP

A 60yo Khmer-Australian man, identified as Sary Khloth, was found dead on his bed at Fairyland Guesthouse, St 141, Phnom Penh, on 15 March 2017 around 2pm.
He arrived in Cambodia by bus at Poipet on 16 Feburary to visit family.
Cause of death was given as heart attack, and the body is being kept at the Soviet Hospital. RIP

I quite like that Art Deco style frontage. Anyone ever heard of the place before? Looks like it's down in Boeung Prolit, not far from 163. What the hell is up with the name?
