Of course they've changed, you've got more western and asian sex tourists frequenting more hostess bars, more karaokes, more hostess restaurants (and more casinos). Say 200k people in SHV, 90k female, maybe 25k in the 18-25 yo age group, only maybe 10k are good looking. A friend of mine told me about his quiet evening in SHV the other night.

Had a ST, 3 large pieces of fried chicken for supper and bought a 750ml bottle of Gin for home consumption. All for the princely sum of $22.
