No question about it. The F35 is essentially a fighter plane that can't fight. Even The Pentagon has complained. Here is just one of many goggle references to the problems that plague the aircraft.

And also money back from the submarine deal, that should balance the budget. Subs are obsolete technology , used to play hide and seek, which they cannot do any more, cannot transport troops and equipment , and are useless for search and rescue .

I'm not sure what you mean about Humvees, they are being phased out and replaced with the JLTV.
