The most expensive part of opening said fake bar is 'emptying' the required bottles of premium GG and 18yo whisky required to later fill with cheap booze, hence all the posts from bar owners you see on fb asking for bottles.

Bar business is very risky. I think better a bakery or sandwich shop. Maybe juice bar.
Other type of business aimed a Cambodians is better. Something like deep cleaning of business floors, concrete and tile floors could be good. Charge per sq foot and deep clean restaurant/bars floors, patio and sidewalks with de-greaser and floor polisher. about .25 -.50 per sq foot.
